Cobb Cycling accepts Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

Shipping Policy

Cobb Cycling ships orders Monday - Friday using UPS Ground with delivery confirmation. Express delivery and overnight delivery are also available. Orders typically take 1 business day to process and should be received within 7-10 business days of order date. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day mail items typically take 1 business day to process and should arrive within designated days after your order has been processed. Free ground shipping is available to any individual in the United States. If shipping upgrade is chosen, Cobb Cycling will apply the standard ground shipping charge discount towards the cost of express shipping.

If an item is unavailable, you will be notified by telephone or e-mail.

If you need to ship items to more than one address you will need to place separate orders.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item to Cobb Cycling, you may do so within 180 days of receipt. See Warranty Information . Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

Sales tax must be calculated at the rate of 6.75% for all orders delivered in Texas. All deliveries outside of Texas will not pay sales tax.

E-mail confirmation will be sent regardless of method used for ordering. Please note that credit card information will not be included in the e-mail confirmation.
